Engineering
company is actively searching for a Process Engineer for long-term contract position.
Requires a BSCE degree and a minimum of 8 years of process engineering experience with oil
refineries. PE license is a plus but is not required. Must have engineering design
experience for refineries. Must have the ability to prepare process design packages for
process improvements and work with the in-house project team to oversee the EPC firm
(Engineering, Design & Construction) selected to perform the work. Must have the
ability to prepare detailed design (drawings & specifications) for the smaller
projects. Must have the ability to update P&ID's and perform some heat and material
balances as well as simulation modeling using HYSYS or ScimSci Pro/II. Must have the
physical ability to climb ladders and perform inspections on towers and throughout the
plant as required. Hourly rate is dependant upon experience and qualifications. Please

| SR. PIPING DESIGNER |
|
Our client; a
large engineering, procurement, and construction firm; has been awarded new projects and
is seeking valuable team members to fill a position as a Lead Piping Designer. The
responsibilities of this position includes: piping layouts and general arrangement
drawings, support design, isometrics, material take-offs, checking and strong field
skills. The candidate must possess a strong working knowledge and experience with piping
systems as well as engineering and construction standards. Knowledge of piping class
selection, specifications, mechanical piping analysis/modeling, and development of BOM's
and ISO's will also be required. The ideal candidate will develop equipment and piping 3D
design models, piping drawings and isometrics using Intergraph's Plant Design System (PDS)
software. The selected candidate will possess strong communication skills and will be able
to interface with other disciplines, project managers and client project managers.
Requirements: The ideal candidate is a Senior Piping Designer with a minimum of 15 years
experience, preferably in petrochemical or other process plant. Applicant will have a
minimum of 10 years Microstation experience and 3 years of continuous use of Intergraph
PDS. You must have a minimum of 10 years experience with supervision and have good
communication skills. You must be knowledgeable on ANSI B31.3 and industry standards and
have knowledge in all aspects of establishing detailed piping design drawings. The Lead
Piping Designer must understand and meet budgets and schedules and have knowledge in
piping specifications and standards. This will require field investigation and possible
supervision of Piping Designers as area or job lead.

engineering and construction firm has secured a management contract from a major oil
company. The responsibilities of this position includes: Developing and maintaining
project schedules and budgets, provide technical consultation for field construction while
conferring with client representative. You will be responsible for the overall management
of construction work and project progress.
Requirements: The applicant will have the minimum of 15 years working experience in
various fields in Engineering and Construction disciplines in the Oil & Gas sector.
Experience must relate to construction of major petrochemical facilities. Strong oral and
